Billing & No Refund Policy
Billing model

Safety Net is offered via subscription access, billed on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.


No refunds (general rule)

Subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including partial-month periods and early-access subscription fees.

Exceptions (Australian Consumer Law)

Refunds or remedies apply only where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, in the case of a major failure with the service).


Access control

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout (or the account identifier approved by Safety Net). Sharing access, reselling access, or attempting to bypass access controls may result in termination without refund.


Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks, disputed payments made in bad faith, or payment abuse may result in immediate suspension while the matter is investigated. If abuse is confirmed, access may be permanently revoked.
