Reporting Guidelines

These rules apply to every submission.


1.1 What to include (required)
  • Subject type: Client / Establishment / Agency / Platform / Company / Other
  • At least one identifier: name OR email OR phone OR web address OR location
  • Category: e.g., non-payment, chargeback, threats, harassment
  • Severity: 1–5
  • Description: clear, chronological, factual
  • Outcome: what happened at the end (paid/unpaid/blocked/chargeback etc.)
1.2 What "factual" means here

Write observable events:

  • ✓ what was agreed
  • ✓ what changed
  • ✓ what was said/done
  • ✓ what payment method was used
  • ✓ what outcome occurred
  • ✓ approximate dates/times

Avoid:

  • ✗ labels ("psycho," "scammer," "junkie," etc.)
  • ✗ speculation ("I think he's trafficking," "she's definitely..."), unless you can state exact facts supporting the claim
  • ✗ revenge language

1.3 What is prohibited (instant removal / ban)
  • ✗ Doxxing: ID numbers, family details, private photos & social profiles not relevant to safety matching
  • ✗ Threats, harassment, extortion, slurs, discriminatory content
  • ✗ Encouraging violence or coordinated targeting
  • ✗ Posting content you don't reasonably believe is true
  • ✗ Posting someone's private info "just in case"

Safety Net can remove or reclassify reports at any time if they violate our Terms, Reporting Guidelines, or community safety standards. We may also restrict visibility, mark a report as DISPUTED, request supporting information, or suspend accounts involved in repeated misuse.
