Privacy Policy

Safety Net is a private, members-only safety intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.

1.1 What we collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

1.3 How we store and protect data

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls, authentication measures, logging, and standard security practices. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you use the Platform acknowledging this risk.

1.4 Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information to:

  • Legal authorities where required by law, in response to lawful requests, or where necessary to prevent serious harm
