These Terms govern your access to and use of Safety Net ("Platform," "we," "us") KEY 13 PTY LTD. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility and access
Safety Net is a private, members-only platform intended for adult industry professionals and allied support roles as approved by us. Access is granted at our discretion. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at any time. You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
1.2 Accounts and security
Login is email-based. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must not share access or allow third parties to use your account. We may log access, searches, and actions to prevent misuse and protect the Platform.
1.3 Platform purpose and limitations
The Platform provides user-submitted incident reports for personal safety decision-making. Reports may be unverified. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You must independently assess risk and make your own decisions.
1.4 User content: your responsibilities
When you submit content (including reports, comments, notes, and identifiers) you agree that:
- You will submit only content you reasonably believe to be true and relevant.
- You will avoid speculation, insults, and irrelevant personal attacks.
- You will not post prohibited content (see Section 1.6).
- You are responsible for your submissions and any consequences arising from them.
1.5 License to use your content
You grant Safety Net a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify (for formatting/moderation), and distribute your content within the Platform for the purpose of providing the service, enforcing rules, and ensuring safety.
1.6 Prohibited conduct and content
You must not:
- Post identifying info beyond what is necessary for safety matching

Confidentiality and non-sharing
Platform content is confidential and for members only. You must not repost, publish, screenshot-share, or distribute Platform content outside Safety Net. We may take action (including termination) for leaks or suspected leaks.
Moderation and enforcement
We may review, edit, hide, remove, reclassify, or restrict access to any content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse, policy breaches, or risk to the community. We are not obligated to provide notice before moderation actions.
Disputes, corrections, and takedown requests
Safety Net may maintain a dispute/correction process. If a subject contests content, we may mark it DISPUTED, restrict visibility, request evidence, or remove content. We may require identity verification or additional information to process disputes.
Payments, subscriptions, and no refunds
Access to platform requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis, and also available on an early-access plan where offered. Subscription fees are charged in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safety Net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or AUD $100 if none).
